Packing / Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
General administrative tasks that include, but are not limited to, logistics and packing, provide assistance during photoshoots and events, record keeping, stock-taking, loading/unloading of products, and provide general sales and service support, serving customers during appointments.
Requirements:
- Good command of English
- Able to commit minimum 2-3 times a week
- Friendly and enjoys customer-facing roles
- Responsible, diligent, initiative and organised
- Retail experience is highly appreciated

Photographer / Videographer (Full-Time)
As our In-House Photographer/Videographer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual narrative. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling fashion photography and captivating videos that highlight the essence of our collections, drawing our customers into the world of The Thread Theory. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you'll have the opportunity to bring your artistic vision to life and elevate our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Photography / Videography: Produce on-trend fashion photography and videos that align with our brand's aesthetics and narrative.
- Photoshoot Production: Conceptualize and execute photoshoots, including model selection, location scouting and vendor-liaising, styling coordination, setting up of camera and lighting equipment, preparing props and necessary set-ups for the shoot.
- Post-Production: Processing of images/videos to a high standard of quality and elegance; maintaining and sourcing equipment.
- Content Creation: Work together with creative team to produce visual assets for various platforms, including filming IG live sessions, social media campaigns, website updates, marketing materials, and editorial features.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring fashion trends, innovative photography techniques, and industry developments, infusing fresh perspectives into our visual content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure our brand's visual identity remains cohesive across all platforms, reflecting our aesthetic essence.
- Other ad-hoc creative duties
Requirements:
- Well-versed in Adobe suite of photography and videography applications
- Excellent knowledge of photography, image editing and retouching
- Strong videography and post-editing skills
- Strong team player, independent learner with good time management
