Ordering and Shipping

Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 11:30 A.M to 6:00 P.M (Excluding Public Holidays). 

Enquiries will be attended to within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.

ORDERING:                                                                        
To make a purchase, simply add item to your shopping bag and click 'Check Out'. Do ensure that the correct size / color are selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out.

For orders with backorder items, do kindly note that the order will only be shipped when the backorder item arrives. Do place seperate orders if you wish for your instock item to be shipped out first.

SHIPPING:                                                                          
We dispatch all parcels within 2 to 3 working days after payment is verified. We provide doorstep delivery services for all local orders. Please kindly provide a valid local contact number for delivery purposes. Kindly also note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, Tuas and Sentosa. For international delivery, there is Singpost registered mail and DHL Express options. 

STANDARD COURIER (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY)

$3.50 per parcel

Parcels may take up to 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered to local addresses. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number for your parcel as well as the link to track your parcel. This information can also be found under your Order History. 

EXPRESS COURIER (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY)
$7.00 per parcel

Parcels will be delivered by the next working day (excluding weekends, public holidays and office closure) to local addresses for orders made before 11:00 (GMT +8:00). For orders made after 11:00, we will try to expedite and have it delivered by the next working day but it may only be delivered by the following working day. 

REGISTERED MAIL (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
Calculated automatically based on weight of parcel and delivery country

Parcels will be delivered via Singpost Registered Mail subject to a weight limit of 2kg per parcel. We will send a shipment confirmation email once parcel has been shipped. Thereafter, you can log into your member account to retrieve the tracking number for your parcel. You may then use this number to track the delivery status on SingPost's website - www.singpost.com. Once parcel has arrived in the recipient's country, delivery will be conducted by the respective country's national postal service. Delivery time varies for international addresses depending on region. Below is a rough estimation of delivery time (barring no delay or complications at customs):

Asia: 1-2 weeks
Africa: 3-4 weeks
Australasia: 2-3 weeks 
Europe: 2-3 weeks 
North America: 3-4 weeks 
South America: 3-4 weeks 

DHL EXPRESS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
Calculated automatically based on weight of parcel and delivery country

Parcels may take up to 1 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered subject to no unforeseen delays by customs. This is a doorstep international delivery option that is safer and faster. Kindly note that all DHL Express parcels are subject to a weight limit of 3.5kg per parcel at the moment. We will send a shipment confirmation email once parcel has been shipped. Thereafter, you can log into your member account to retrieve the tracking number for your parcel. You may then use this number to track the delivery status on http://www.dhl.com.sg/en/express/tracking.html. 

By purchasing, we deemed the customer as agreeable to their parcels being mailed via the various mail service provider(s). Thread Theory will not be held liable for delayed and missing mails by mail service provider(s). However, we will render our best assistance in helping you to attempt to retrieve any missing mail.
