- Birthday month discount code will be given if Premium membership is attained at least 1 month BEFORE birthday month. Discount code will not be sent if Premium membership is attained within the birthday month. In such cases, the discount code will only kick in the next year.
- Birthday month discount can only be used once for 1 order within the birthday month, and cannot be applied for subsequent orders. Example: If the discounted birthday order is returned, there will be no birthday discount off the next purchase even if it's placed within the same month.
- Only the total paid amount (excluding shipping fees, credits, vouchers and discounts) will be considered for reward point accumulation.
- Redemption is in denominations of 36 points, or blocks of $1. Minimum redemption: $1.
- All reward points are valid for 1 year from date of issue. Expired reward points cannot be reinstated.
- Each reward point can only be redeemed once. It is considered spent upon usage and cannot be reinstated nor redeemed for cash.
- Silver membership is a lifetime membership. Gold membership is based on annual spend.
- Accumulative spend is reset with each membership upgrade.
