Our showroom service is available for bulk wedding orders and bridal gown purchases only, limited to one session per bridal group. Due to limited resources, we regret that we are unable to provide retail shopping service at our office and will have to reject appointments that are not wedding-related bulk orders. Appointment slots can be booked 24 hours in advance, for Tuesdays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays). Slots are released for the immediate 2 months, please check back again if you wish to book a later date. E.g: If you are looking at the booking calendar on 4 April, you will only be shown available slots for the immediate 2 months, that is 5 April to 3 June.

COVID-19 Safety Measures (effective from 26 April 2022 onwards):
Please postpone appointment and do not come down to our office if any of the below is applicable prior to appointment date:
- You have travelled overseas in the past 7 days
- You or the other attendees are not fully vaccinated
- You are feeling unwell (including and not limited to flu, cough, fever, chills, runny nose)
- You are a close contact of someone who has recently contracted COVID-19 in the past 7 days
Visitors have to show their fully vaccinated status (please show on your TraceTogether app), wash their hands with soap and water, sanitise hands and temperature check before entering our premises.
