From now till 13 February 2026, join us for lunch-time shopping from Tuesday to Friday, with two available timeslots:

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Shopping is by appointment only. Please book your preferred timeslot via the link below, as slots are limited. You may drop by at any point within your selected hour to browse and try on our pieces in person.

Please note that due to a limited number of fitting rooms, there may be some waiting time. Try ons are only applicable for instock items, preorder and backorder items are not available. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 


Book a Bridesmaids Appointment 🤍

We’d love to welcome you for a bridesmaids dress viewing! As our office appointments are a special service offered by our small team, please take a moment to read through the details below before booking.

Who are appointments for?

  • For wedding-related bulk orders only

  • A minimum of 3 pieces from our occasion wear range is required

  • Appointments are limited to one session per bridal group

Please note: We are unable to accommodate solo or non-wedding-related shopping appointments. Any auto-confirmed bookings that do not meet the criteria may be cancelled.

Appointment details

  • Duration: 1 hour per session

  • Available days: Tuesdays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays and office closure dates)

  • Time slots: 12:00 PM · 3:30 PM · 5:00 PM

  • Advance booking: Up to 2 months ahead

  • Changes: Please amend or cancel via the system at least 24 hours in advance

Appointments are automatically confirmed based on availability, with the understanding that all terms have been read and accepted.

What to expect during your visit

  • We encourage you to come prepared! Please consider your bridesmaids’ theme and show our team screenshots of your shortlisted designs.

  • Items are not reserved prior to purchase. Dresses are only secured once full payment is made, so some designs or sizes may sell out before your appointment.

  • We allow mix-and-match styles and colours during appointments, as long as the minimum quantity is met.

About stock & backorders

  • For sold-out designs available on backorder (BO), these will be listed here.

  • To view BO items, you may schedule your appointment after the BO arrives, or place your order online in advance to secure BO slots, as allocation is prioritised for confirmed orders.

  • Where a colour is unavailable, we may be able to offer a fitting of the same design in another colour of the same size, subject to availability.

Size exchanges for wedding orders

  • For wedding-related orders, we offer a one-time size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

  • All exchanges must fall within the 14-day return period stated in our Return Policy.

  • Exchanges and returns are available only for regular-priced items.

To request an exchange, please email our team at returns@TheThreadTheory.com with the following details:

  • Order ID number

  • Product name and size you are returning

  • Preferred replacement item, including colour, size, and quantity

We’ll review your request and assist where stock availability permits.
