For wedding orders, we will be able to do one-time size exchanges subject to stock availability and within the 14-day returns period stated under our Return Policy. Email our team at with the following details:

  • Order ID Number
  • Please state the product name and size you will be returning, as well as your preferred item (colour, size and quantity)
  • Exchanges/returns only available for regular-priced items

Due to limited resources, we are unable to provide retail browse-and-shop service at our office:
  • For bulk wedding orders only: Minimum 3 pieces from our occasion wear range
  • Limited to one session per bridal group with a 1-hour time limit
  • System will auto-confirm based on date availability and on understanding that booker has read through the terms and conditions. However, we are very sorry to reject any auto-accepted appointment if it is found to have been booked for solo orders that are not wedding-related; or in the event of unfortunate technical errors
  • Not open on weekends and Public Holidays: Appointments are extra services done at our office during working hours.
  • 3 Time-slots only: 12PM, 3:30PM or 5PM on Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding Public Holidays and office closure dates, please check here)
  • Slots can be booked earliest 2 months in advance. Last-minute slots or changes must be made via the system 24 hours in advance
  • No prior reservations of items as they are only secured when full payment is made. Hence, there is a chance certain designs may be sold out before your appointment
  • Please consider bridesmaids' theme and show our team screenshots of shortlisted designs during appointment
  • For sold-out items that are on backorder (BO), it would be listed here. If you are keen on these, please schedule the appointment after BO arrived but there is a chance we may not have sufficient stocks upon BO arrival as BO slots may sell out before then. Alternatively, you can make payment for the BO slots first as stocks will be given on priority basis to paid customers. Thereafter, if a size exchange is required for occasion-related events, we can assist you subject to stock availability.

  • No customisation or alteration service

Individuals who are feeling unwell or with severe viral infections in the past 7 days will not be allowed into our office. As our country transitions to living with COVID-19, our workplace retains a safety-first approach to protect vulnerable groups among our staff and customers, including pregnant women, children and the immuno-compromised.
